Receiving and Ascending

This discourse of Sedra Terumah 1965 speaks of two man aspects of Divine service: receiving the inspiration from above and then, in response, ascending towards the Divine. This can be understood in terms of Torah (from G-d to us) and Prayer (from us towards the Divine).
