This discourse 'Mayim Rabim', many waters, was taught by the Rebbe in 1964 on Shabbat Sedra Noah. It explains that each person faces a personal flood of anxieties and problems. The response should be to go into the 'Teyvah', the Ark. But Teyvah also means 'word', the words of deeply contemplative and inspired prayer. In this discourse the Rebbe strongly encourages lengthy contemplation as preparation for and accompaniment to daily prayer.
