Yud Shevat

This discourse was delivered by the Rebbe on Shabbat Parshat Beshalach, 10 Shevat, 5744 (1984). The Song of Songs verse 'I have come into my Garden, my sister, my bride' is the opening of the Previous Rebbe's famous Bati LeGani discourse. This discourse expounds Chapter 14 of the original, explaining how the Shechinah was originally in this world and was gradually drawn back by seven Tzaddikim ending with Moses, whose building of the Sanctuary restored the divine presence to earth.
