This discourse was delivered by the Rebbe on Shabbat Sedra Ekev, 20 Av, 5733 (1973). The verse 'you shall eat and be satisfied, and you shall bless G-d your G-d' is explained by the Zohar as commanding one to bless G-d for all the pleasures of this world, which correspond to the four letters of the Divine Name. The discourse reveals how blessing after meals and all sensory pleasures draws the four letters of the Divine Name into the world, making physical existence a vehicle for the highest holiness.
